WHAT WE BELIEVE
Cybersecurity should be accessible to everyone.
A farmer using mobile money, a student using social media, a small business accepting digital payments, a public institution delivering online services, and a company operating critical infrastructure all depend on trust in digital systems.
Cyber resilience therefore requires more than technology. It takes people, education, institutions, policies, partnerships, and action.
OUR MISSION
From Awareness to Action — Building a Cyber-Resilient Nation.
We work to strengthen Liberia’s cybersecurity resilience through public education, youth empowerment, institutional capacity building, digital transformation, research, collaboration, and accessible cyber-incident assistance.
OUR VISION
A Liberia where everyone can thrive online.
A Liberia where every citizen, institution, and digital system is secure, informed, resilient, and empowered to thrive in the digital age.
