Website use and service limitsThis page is a plain-language website notice, not a negotiated contract or legal advice. Detailed terms will be reviewed and published as the Foundation’s services are formally established.
Independent assistance
CyberSafe Liberia Foundation is an independent nonprofit public-interest organization, not a Government of Liberia agency, police service, prosecutor, LNCC, or LCERT. The site provides general cyber-safety education and guidance.
Not an emergency service
This website is not monitored as an emergency dispatch service. If someone is in immediate physical danger, contact the Liberia National Police or go to the nearest police station. For an urgent cyber incident, contact LNCC directly.
No official report is filed here
Using this website or emailing the interim contact does not automatically file an official police complaint or satisfy a legal or regulatory duty to notify LNCC/LCERT or another authority. Contact the responsible institution directly about your obligations.
Use guidance safely
Do not use these materials to access systems, accounts, or devices without authorization. Follow instructions from your organization’s incident response team, service provider, or competent authority.
