Cyber Incident & Assistance Hub

Accessible cyber-incident assistance, public guidance, referral support, prevention, and cyber-threat awareness. Secure online incident submission is a later phase and is not currently accepting reports.

Cybersecurity Awareness & Public Education

National and community-based education to help Liberians recognize scams, phishing, account compromise, identity theft, unsafe digital practices, and emerging cyber threats.

Youth Digital Safety & Future Workforce

Planned activities include school-based digital-safety programs, Cyber Clubs, Youth Cyber Ambassadors, career exposure, and cybersecurity skills development.

Building safer digital habits from the classroom through learning about passwords, phishing, scams, social-media risks, cyberbullying, privacy, responsible AI use, and digital citizenship.

Institutional Capacity Building

Help institutions strengthen cyber awareness, governance, risk management, incident preparedness, workforce capability, and organizational resilience.

Support secure digital transformation through cybersecurity capacity building, digital trust, cloud-security awareness, AI governance and literacy, critical-infrastructure resilience, and secure digital-government readiness.

Cybercrime Prevention & Collaboration

Support prevention, stakeholder collaboration, capacity development, and responsible referral of cybercrime-related matters to competent institutions.

Research, Innovation & Policy Development

Develop research, policy briefs, cyber-risk insights, threat trends, and evidence to strengthen cybersecurity decision-making in Liberia.

Digital Integrity & Election Cybersecurity

Promote cyber awareness, digital integrity, misinformation resilience, and cybersecurity capacity around democratic processes, subject to appropriate institutional cooperation.
