Public website privacy informationThis page describes the current Phase One site. A complete privacy notice for the future incident case-management system is still under review and will be published before the system accepts submissions.
What this website does
The Get Cyber Help guides and navigation run in your browser. The site does not provide an online incident-report form and does not ask visitors to enter case details into this page.
External links and email
When you follow a link to an official agency, platform, or another website, that organization’s privacy practices apply. If you choose to email the interim address shown on the Incident Hub page, your email and any information you include will pass through your email provider. Standard email may not be encrypted.
Information to keep out of general email
Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, private keys, bank credentials, full payment-card numbers, identification documents, or intimate images. Never send sexual images of a child.
Future incident service
Before secure incident intake becomes available, CyberSafe Liberia Foundation intends to review the applicable legal requirements, privacy notice, consent, referral process, security controls, data retention, and individual rights procedures. No case-specific retention schedule is currently being represented as legally approved by this page.
Questions
Approved Foundation privacy contact details will be added when available. For immediate cyber or physical safety concerns, use the appropriate official channel listed on Get Cyber Help.
